TMS Therapy, or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment option for patients struggling with depression. Using gentle magnetic pulses, TMS targets specific areas of the brain involved in mood regulation to help improve symptoms when traditional treatments, such as medication, have not provided enough relief.

At The Florida Psychiatric Center, TMS Therapy is performed in-office while you remain awake, comfortable, and relaxed. There is no anesthesia, no sedation, and no downtime, allowing most patients to return to their normal daily activities immediately after each session.

Treatment is typically completed in 20-minute sessions, once daily, for 36 treatments. Our team will carefully evaluate your symptoms, treatment history, and goals to determine whether TMS Therapy is the right option for your care.
