Mariah Mitchell, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Mitchell is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She has 9 years of experience in mental health in a variety of settings. She attended Carroll University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She went on to obtain her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Anderson University specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Mitchell has extensive experience working with patients across the lifespan and a variety of gender identities and backgrounds. Dr. Mitchell accepts patients ages 12-65. She provides both medication management and psychotherapy with a combination of traditional and alternative practices. We look forward to bringing Dr. Mitchell's wide range of experience to our practice to further serve our community.
Katie Kloss, MSPAS, PA-C, CAQ-Psych - Sr. Physician Associate
Katie is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Physician Associate who's been practicing in Tampa, FL since 2016. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science in 2009 and a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2010 after completing the five-year accelerated program from Marywood University. Katie obtained her psychiatric certificate of added qualifications through the NCCPA in October of 2022. Katie has over 15 years of psychiatric experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Katie specializes in a tailored approach to medication management with each patient. She is excited to bring her expertise to The Florida Psychiatric Center and provide the highest quality care to our patients.
Lien Turley, MSPAS, PA-C, CAQ-Psych - Director of Psychiatric Care
Lien is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Physician Associate. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science. She then went on to obtain her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College in Ohio. Since 2018, Lien has practiced Psychiatry in the Tampa Bay Area. She specializes in diagnosing and treating a broad range of Mental Health disorders. Her extensive experience practicing and teaching students at local colleges provides our patients the most up to date treatment options from a well respected provider.
Iriselis Cruzado, MSPAS, PA-C
"Selly" is a Certified Physician Associate specializing in Psychiatry. She received her master's degree from Gannon University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. Selly is looking forward to joining our team where she can continue to provide her patients with the highest quality of care.
Outside of medicine, Selly remains in the Army Reserve, which she joined in 2013, and serves as a chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear specialist. She also serves as a military intelligence officer and is in the military honor guard.
