Education
Dr. Weinstock graduated Magna Cum Laude from Williams College, followed by 4 years at Tulane Medical School in New Orleans. He then went on to complete his Residency training in Psychiatry at the Tulane University Medical Center.
Dr. Weinstock is a Diplomate of the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. He received his Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 2008. He has also served as an Affiliate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of South Florida Medical School, Psychiatry Department.

In addition to her clinical practice, Lien has extensive experience teaching and mentoring students at local colleges, allowing her to remain at the forefront of current developments and evidence-based treatment approaches in psychiatry. She is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) program and is expected to graduate in Winter 2027.

In October 2022, she obtained her Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), reflecting her advanced training and specialized expertise in psychiatric care.
Katie is currently pursuing her Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree and is expected to graduate in Winter 2027. Her continued doctoral education reflects her commitment to advancing her clinical knowledge and remaining current with developments in evidence-based psychiatric treatment.

She holds a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Florida and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Florida. Upon graduating, Morgan completed an accelerated internship in psychiatry at The Florida Psychiatric Center alongside Dr. Weinstock, gaining intensive, hands-on experience in the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
During her training, Morgan developed a particular interest in IV ketamine, mood and anxiety disorders, psychopharmacology, and integrated care approaches. Passionate about mental health, Morgan focuses on providing individualized care, and tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs. With a commitment to continual learning and compassionate care, Morgan is excited to join this practice with aims to improve her patients’ mental health and quality of life through a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship.

Amber earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida Southern College and went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice at Florida State University. Amber has been practicing as a Psychiatric Physician Associate for more than two years and has experience treating patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. She commonly works with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. She also has experience supporting professionals who have been exposed to significant occupational trauma.
Amber’s approach to care is rooted in understanding each patient’s unique circumstances, goals, and life experiences. She believes in developing individualized treatment plans that are focused not only on symptom improvement, but also on helping patients improve their overall quality of life. Her goal is to create a space where patients feel comfortable being honest, even when discussing difficult or vulnerable topics.

Carson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where he majored in Psychology with a specialization in Neuroscience. He went on to earn his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Florida, where he developed a strong interest in psychiatry and behavioral health. Carson is currently completing an accelerated internship in psychiatry at The Florida Psychiatric Center.
His clinical interests include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Michael’s clinical training includes behavioral health, family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, surgery, and women’s health. His psychiatric interests include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, trauma-related conditions, and treatment-resistant depression. He provides medication management and psychotherapy and has previous experience monitoring patients receiving esketamine treatment, with a strong interest in expanding his knowledge of emerging treatments in psychiatry, including TMS and IV ketamine therapy.
